STYLE WARS REMADE BY SWEDISH SCHOOL KIDS.

This made us smile. The best school project we've ever seen that deals with the contentious issue of teaching and discussing graffiti in schools.

This video was a school project at Spinneriet in Malmo, Sweden. It's a remake of “Style Wars,” the seminal documentary produced by Tony Silver and Henry Chalfant in New York City in 1983 on graffiti and hip-hop culture.

Incidentally, there's a campaign to save and restore the original film. Details below.
